SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are shipped from our studio in Western Australia. 

*During busy periods or following new drops, dispatch may take 3–5 business days.

Please note that tracking estimates refer to postal transit times only. Dispatch times are separate and should be considered when calculating the total delivery timeframe from the date of purchase.

After your order leaves our studio and is scanned by the shipping carrier, delivery is managed entirely by the postal service. From this point, we’re unable to take responsibility for transit delays or parcels that are lost, missing, or stolen. For any delivery-related concerns, please contact the postal provider directly as they will be best placed to assist.

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout, as we may not be able to accommodate address changes once an order has been placed.

We use Australia Post shipping, you’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Express Post – $15.00 2–3 Business Days (Free for orders over $200)

Standard Post – $10.00  5+ Business Days 

NEW ZEALAND

Express Post – $30.00 2–6 Business Days (Free for orders over $400)

Standard Post – $15.00  6+ Business Days (Free for orders over $250)

We use DHL Express. Duties and taxes are included where applicable.

We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all customs duties and taxes are included in your order total.
