We offer a 14-day change of mind return policy from the date of delivery for a store credit. Refunds are only issued for items that are faulty or not fit for purpose. We do not offer product swaps or exchanges as we cannot guarantee availability. Returns can be started using our returns portal.
All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, in their bag, and with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or the return is due to our error.
Credit notes are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us right away. We'll replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
